Every session is thoughtfully planned with your baby’s comfort and safety as my highest priority. That said, babies run the show! We follow their lead, keep things flexible, and move quickly to match their short attention spans.
With your help, we’ll breeze through 2–3 sweet and simple setups in about 45–60 minutes, creating a gallery full of variety and charm.
These sessions are high-energy, full of giggles and sweet baby expressions and always styled with my signature classic, timeless aesthetic.

The 6-8 month old window is the perfect time for a baby milestone session; also known as a "sitter" session.
This is when baby is sitting up confidently on their own, but hasn’t quite started crawling yet (aka: they’ll stay where we put them!). It’s such a golden time. Babies at this stage are full of personality, with happy, curious, even adorably pouty expressions that I absolutely love to capture.
They're usually still in that cheerful, go-with-the-flow phase, and for most, the “stranger danger” hasn’t set in just yet. It’s the perfect in-between moment before they’re suddenly on the move and growing faster than we can keep up with. A must in baby's first year.
Where do Boca Raton area baby milestone sessions take place?
You can choose to have your session in the comfort of your home or in my home studio or even at an outdoor location if you would like. When you arrive for your session, you’ll step into a quiet, inviting space designed with both comfort and creativity in mind.
My cozy home studio has a dedicated private entrance, so you can come and go with ease. No navigating big buildings or searching for parking. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable space with everything we need for a perfect milestone session.

These sessions are focused on capturing your little one at this special stage during their first year, and does not include parents or siblings. If you’re hoping to update family photos, you’re absolutely welcome to schedule a full family session instead!
For those enrolled in The Baby Story Membership, milestone sessions are reserved for baby-only portraits as part of your membership plan. If you’d like to include the whole family, I’m happy to help you schedule a separate session that’s perfect for that.

Planning ahead and clear communication are the secret ingredients to a smooth, stress-free baby milestone photoshoot.
I recommend reaching out when baby is around 5 months old. This gives us plenty of time to chat about your vision, complete any paperwork, and reserve space on my calendar.
Once baby has master that perfect sit, all you have to do is let me know. I’ll take care of the rest.
When you arrive at my studio for your milestone photography session, everything is ready and waiting. No need to bring a thing besides your sweet baby.
I’ll handle the props, styling, and every cozy detail. Be ready though, you will been my baby dresser and there to help get a giggle out of baby.

Figuring out how I wanted to serve my clients took some time and intention.
Did I want a brick-and-mortar studio?
Did I want to photograph only on location?
After exploring a few different paths, I realized that creating a dedicated home studio in Coral Springs was the perfect fit for both my clients and for me.
A few years ago, when it was time to downsize our home, we moved just a couple of miles from Heron Bay in Parkland to Coral Springs. It was the perfect opportunity to design a cozy, studio space right at home.
It has its own entrance and is completely dedicated to my sessions. It's where I photograph sweet, sleepy newborns, those joyful baby milestones, and maternity portraits filled with the excitement of baby coming.
It's my happy place and I think the calm, welcoming vibe of the space helps my clients feel right at home too.
That said, I'm not just a studio photographer. I also love the freedom and creativity that comes with shooting outdoors.
Whether it's a golden hour beach session, a quiet park tucked away from the crowds, or one of my favorite hidden gems most people wouldn’t even think to explore. These are the places where real connection and natural beauty come together.
And for families who want their session to reflect their everyday love and the space where memories are made, I offer in-home sessions, as well.

My goal is to create a heartfelt, personal experience for every client from the moment you book to the moment your artwork is in your hands.
Baby milestone session retainer is $200. This non-refundable retainer secures your date on my calendar and includes a personal consultation (in person or by phone), full use of my curated client wardrobe and props, your portrait session, editing of your final selected images, the time and talent of the photographer, and your in-person ordering appointment.
The retainer fee does not include any prints, products, or digital images — these are purchased separately after your gallery reveal.
I believe in the power of printed photographs. Tangible, archival pieces that you can hold in your hands and pass down through the years. At your gallery reveal appointment, you’ll choose from a carefully curated selection of heirloom albums, custom framing, and wall art from my trusted print lab partners.
Every product purchased includes matching digital files for easy sharing and safekeeping. Digital image packages and add-ons are also available.
